Terms for courses

1. PAYMENT OF FEES

1.1 Student agrees to pay all the instalments by the last day of each month, as set out in the scheduled sent to the student upon registration.

1.2 Should the Student fail to pay the fee by the above dates, a penalty fee of Rs 100 will be charged on the amount due for every week past the deadline.

1.3 The payment schedule is independent of student attendance. Mehendi Lounge offers a payment facility, not monthly tuition fees.

2. TERMINATION BEFORE END OF COURSE

2.1 Should the Student cancel the course, notice has to be given in writing by letter addressed to Mehendi Lounge Ltd. The cancellation fee payable by the student upon cancellation will be Sixty percent (60%) of the remaining course fees. Any pending instalments and penalty fees will remain applicable.

2.2 Should the Student fail to settle the fees within 30 days after termination, Mehendi Lounge reserves the right to take legal action to recover the unpaid fees and any legal or other fees.

3. RULES & REGULATIONS

3.1 Student agrees to abide by the Rules & Regulations of Mehendi Lounge, a copy of which is circulated on the first day and subsequently if changed.
